Description:  As a Business Analyst at Cleanstar, Inc, Business Consulting, you will play a crucial role in analyzing client needs, identifying business opportunities, and developing strategies to drive growth and efficiency. You will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, conduct research, and deliver actionable insights that inform decision-making and drive business outcomes. Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough analysis of client business processes, systems, and data
• Gather and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and documentation review
• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Develop and present recommendations to clients and stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and drive results
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in business analysis or consulting roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) preferred
• Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP) a plus
